Eoin Villarin - Full-Stack Web Developer

Hire Eoin Villarin, a freelance full-stack web developer building fast Shopify stores, WordPress websites and custom web apps for businesses worldwide.

About

I’m Eoin, a full-stack developer and multimedia artist based in the Philippines with 8+ years of experience building Shopify stores, WordPress websites, and custom web applications for brands and businesses.

My work focuses on scalable ecommerce development, custom theme and plugin solutions, API integrations, SEO, and performance-driven builds that help brands launch, grow, and operate more efficiently online.

I am also a vibe coder and AI developer. I work every day with Claude, GPT, Gemini, Kimi K3 and other AI tools to prototype faster and ship production-ready code, and I build cross-platform apps with Electron, Swift, Python and Flask that run on desktop, Android and iPhone.

Alongside development, I bring multimedia expertise in video editing, motion design, and digital content production, allowing me to create both the technical foundation and the visual assets that strengthen a brand’s digital presence.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website cost with Eoin Villarin?

Every project is quoted on scope. A business website costs far less than a custom Shopify store or web app, and ongoing maintenance is a separate monthly plan. Send your requirements through the contact form and you get a fixed quote, timeline and list of deliverables, usually within 24 hours.

Do you work with clients outside the Philippines?

Yes. Most of my clients are in Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. I work remotely from the Philippines on UTC+8, which overlaps the full Australian business day and gives US clients overnight progress while they sleep.

Which platforms do you build on?

Shopify and Shopify Plus with Liquid, metafields, the Storefront API and Klaviyo; WordPress with Breakdance, Elementor, Divi and custom themes or plugins; and custom web apps with React, Next.js, Laravel and Node.js. I recommend the platform that fits your products, budget and team.

Can you take over and maintain my existing website?

Yes. I maintain live websites on any platform they are built on, whether that is WordPress, Shopify, a site builder or a custom codebase such as React, Next.js, Laravel or PHP. That covers updates, backups, security monitoring, uptime checks, speed fixes and content changes. Every takeover starts with an audit, so you know exactly what needs fixing before anything changes.

Is SEO included in your web development?

Every build ships with technical SEO in place: a clean heading structure, meta titles and descriptions, schema markup, an XML sitemap, fast Core Web Vitals and mobile-first layouts. Local SEO, content and AI search optimization for ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews are available as ongoing services.

How long does a website project take?

It depends on the scope of the project. Every build is different, so the timeline is set once your requirements, platform and integrations are clear. You get a written timeline with milestones before any work starts, and regular progress updates throughout.

How do we get started?

Send a short brief through the contact form with your goals, budget range and deadline. I reply within 24 hours with questions or a proposal, then we agree on scope, timeline and price before the build begins.
