The Challenge
Oleg & Sons Remodeling is a Bellevue design, build and remodel company run by Oleg with a hands-on team. It handles kitchen and bathroom remodels, whole-home renovations, ADUs and DADUs, new home construction, remodeling design and smaller home care and repair jobs for homeowners across the Greater Seattle area, from Arlington in the north to Renton in the south.
Remodeling clients are cautious buyers. They are inviting a crew into their home for weeks, and they want to know who is responsible, what the plan is and what the finished work actually looks like. Some arrive with a single room in mind, others with a full renovation or a new build, and some just need a list of small repairs handled properly.
The website had to serve all of those visitors without feeling like a generic contractor template. It needed real project photography rather than stock images, a clear way to verify the company's registration and warranty, tools that help homeowners make material decisions before a consultation and enough local depth to compete in more than twenty cities on the Eastside and in Snohomish County.
The Solution
I built the site in Webflow around a simple navigation of Services, Projects, About, Blog, Contact and Home Care & Repair. The homepage opens with the Bellevue positioning, introduces Oleg and the team, and moves into The Oleg & Sons Difference, where each promise sits beside a drag-to-compare before and after photo from a real project in Bothell or Edmonds.
Six service pages cover kitchens, bathrooms, home renovation, ADU and DADU, new construction and design. The kitchen page includes an explorer for 26 cabinet finishes and a carousel of 56 countertop finishes, plus kitchen-only before and after pairs from Clyde Hill, Woodinville, Sammamish and other cities. The Home Care & Repair page lets visitors filter 24 small jobs by room and book a project visit through Calendly.
Behind the pages, Webflow CMS collections power the blog, the project galleries and five sets of city pages for home remodeling, ADUs, new construction, design and home care in each of 22 communities, with separate kitchen and bathroom pages for the core markets. The free in-home estimate, the 2-year workmanship warranty and the 5.0 Google rating repeat through every template.
Oleg & Sons: a Bellevue kitchen and bathroom remodeling contractor
Oleg & Sons has been owner operated since 2013, and the site leans into that. Instead of a faceless company story, the homepage introduces Oleg directly and explains that clients work with him and a hands-on team who keep the conversation open as the project takes shape. The About page builds on this with a three-part breakdown of the work: architects and engineers coordinated for plans and structural details, permit applications and inspections handled with the city, and trades managed through to the final walkthrough.
The company also contributed bathroom design and cost insights to Redfin's Jack and Jill bathroom guide, and the site features that mention as an expert contributor badge. It is a small detail, but for homeowners comparing contractors in Bellevue, outside recognition adds credibility that self-written copy cannot.
Kitchen, bathroom, ADU and new construction services in Bellevue
The Services hub presents six main offers, each with a short description and a link to a full page:
- Kitchen remodeling
- Bathroom remodeling
- Home renovation
- ADU and DADU
- New construction
- Remodeling design
For larger projects the hub gives planning figures up front, such as per-square-foot guidance for ADUs and new construction in Seattle and Bellevue, which helps serious buyers qualify themselves. A section on combined kitchen and bathroom projects explains how to coordinate selections, trade work and utility interruptions across both rooms. Smaller work has its own Home Care & Repair page, grouped into maintenance, repairs and upgrades, so a homeowner with a list of loose hinges or cracked grout knows Oleg & Sons will take the call.
Before and after projects and trust signals for Oleg & Sons
Remodeling is sold on proof, so photography carries the site. Before and after pairs appear throughout, with a glass-style handle that visitors drag to compare the same space, and a filter for kitchens, bathrooms, exteriors, living spaces and fireplaces, stairs and railings, and entries and hallways. The Projects page adds complete project galleries organized by city, including Bellevue, Bothell, Edmonds, Mukilteo, Sammamish, Woodinville and Lynnwood.
Trust markers are specific and checkable. Service pages show the Washington contractor registration with a link to verify it with L&I, the 2-year workmanship warranty and the owner operated since 2013 line. The homepage review section shows the 5.0 Google rating from 40 reviews alongside full customer stories. Calls to action lead to a free in-home estimate, which visitors can book directly through Calendly.
Local SEO for home remodeling in Bellevue, Seattle and Snohomish County
Oleg & Sons is based in Bellevue but works across King and Snohomish counties, so local pages do much of the search work. Webflow CMS generates five service-by-city sets for home remodeling, ADU and DADU, new construction, design and home care and repair, each covering 22 communities including Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Mercer Island, Everett, Lynnwood, Edmonds and Whidbey Island. Kitchen and bathroom remodeling pages add further depth for the core cities.
The city pages are more than a swapped place name. The Kirkland page, for example, includes a short local history with a linked source, planning ranges for kitchens and bathrooms and guidance on checking the city's permit requirements. A footer directory under Areas We Serve links every city by service, which keeps the local pages easy to crawl and easy to reach.
Content management and performance on the Oleg & Sons website
Because the site runs on Webflow CMS, new projects, blog posts and city content can be added without touching the page design. The blog has grown to 75 articles on topics such as kitchen remodel costs in Bellevue, Seattle permit requirements, wet room planning, grout types and whether to paint, reface or replace cabinets, which gives the site steady topical depth around its main services.
I kept the heavier features light. The Google map in the contact section loads only when a visitor asks for it, project videos open in a dialog with a privacy-friendly YouTube embed, and the Swiper carousels and comparison sliders respond to touch and arrow keys. Webflow's hosting and CDN deliver the images, so a homeowner browsing project photos on a phone gets a quick, responsive experience.
