AI sales and support chatbot for Real Mad Honey
A multi-store AI chat platform for Shopify stores and websites. It is trained on the brand website (one store was crawled into 1,658 knowledge chunks from 417 pages), recommends products with live price, stock and variant photos from Shopify, looks up orders, offers discount codes, hands chats to a human with the full transcript, flags unanswered questions for correction, and runs on Claude with a Gemini fallback. Built with Next.js, PostgreSQL with pgvector and a Shopify app.
Instagram comment and DM automation for Real Mad Honey
A self-hosted alternative to paid DM tools. A keyword comment on a reel triggers a private DM with a shop link tracked to that reel, DM keywords get automatic replies, and the bot pauses when the team replies by hand. Built on Meta official Instagram APIs with Node.js and PostgreSQL.

Questions
Which AI models do you use?
Mostly Claude and Gemini through their official APIs, chosen for each job. A fallback model keeps the chatbot answering if one provider has an outage.
Will the chatbot make things up?
It answers from your own website, products and policies. Questions it cannot answer are flagged so you can correct them, and it can hand the chat to a person.
Does it work with Shopify and my website?
Yes. It installs as a Shopify app or with one script on WordPress, Webflow or a custom site, and reads products, stock and prices from your store.
Can you automate Instagram DMs?
Yes, using Meta official APIs. You need an Instagram business account linked to a Facebook Page, and Meta approval for full access.
Who owns the chatbot and the data?
You do. It can run on your own server and accounts, so conversations, prompts and customer data stay with you.
