The Challenge

North Shore Smash Repairs is a Sydney panel beating, auto body repair and spray painting workshop in Artarmon, specialising in prestige and late model vehicles. Sydney smash repair is a saturated market, and the North Shore Smash WordPress website had to win on clarity: what they fix, how the process works and why their panel beaters can be trusted.

The visitor is often stressed, sometimes standing beside a damaged car, and comparing two or three workshops on a phone. They need to know quickly whether the workshop handles their type of damage, whether it works with their insurer, how they will get around while the car is off the road and how to get a quote. The site had to answer all of that in seconds.

The Solution

I built the site on WordPress with Breakdance with service-complete positioning, presenting North Shore Smash Repairs as a one stop automotive shop. Six dedicated service pages cover auto body smash repairs, car spray painting, car paint protection, paintless dent removal, car detailing and alloy wheel repairs, supported by Facilities, Gallery, Latest News and About pages.

Trust-building content runs through the homepage: a lifetime warranty, preferred repairer status with all major insurers, free courtesy cars for not-at-fault accidents, free drop-off and pick-up and a 24/7 accident assist helpline. Quote-first contact paths, with Get a Quote and Book Online in the header and the Artarmon address and phone number at the top of every page, keep the next step obvious for a driver who just wants the car fixed.

Established in 2015 and founded by John Narazian, who has more than 25 years in the automotive industry, North Shore Smash Repairs has grown into a leading auto body repairer in Sydney. The workshop specialises in prestige and late model vehicles, repairs for several major insurance companies and company fleets, and is equipped with modern repair equipment.

Location is a genuine selling point, so the site explains it clearly. The workshop on Whiting Street, Artarmon, is about 9km north-west of the CBD, a short walk from Artarmon and St Leonards stations, within ten minutes of Chatswood and North Sydney, and local to Willoughby, Naremburn and Lane Cove. For a driver whose car is about to be off the road, knowing the workshop is easy to reach by public transport is a real reason to choose it.

Trust content for stressed drivers: warranty, insurers and courtesy cars

After an accident, drivers want reassurance more than marketing. The homepage "Trust Your Pride and Joy With Us" section lists the reasons in short, scannable blocks: lifetime warranty, quality repairs, first-class service, premium location, first-class facilities, free courtesy cars and free drop-off and pick-up. A banner confirms that the workshop is a preferred repairer to all major insurers, which answers one of the first questions every driver asks.

The About page expands on the practical support: free courtesy cars for not-at-fault accidents, complimentary pick-up and drop-off within a 5km radius, and work across individual, private and insurance repairs.
