The Challenge
LGK Constructions is a Melbourne carpentry and construction business with more than 15 years of experience and over 200 completed projects, covering new builds, renovations, decks, pergolas, stairs and fences across Melbourne, its suburbs and regional areas. The LGK Constructions landing page sits on its own subdomain and runs behind paid ads, so every visitor who arrives has already cost money.
That changes the brief completely. A normal business website can afford menus, blog posts and side paths. A campaign landing page cannot. It had to sell new builds and renovations in a single scroll, back the pitch with real proof, and drive every visitor toward one action, the enquiry form, without leaks or distractions.
It also had to load instantly on a phone, because a paid click that bounces on a slow hero image is wasted budget, and it had to stay secure and online for every day the ads are running.
The Solution
I built the page in WordPress with Breakdance as a single, focused scroll. The headline positions LGK as a Melbourne carpentry and construction specialist, followed immediately by the proof points that matter most to a cautious homeowner: 15+ years of experience, 200+ projects completed and a trusted, reliable team.
Below that, a What We Offer block presents four service cards, New Builds, Renovations, Decks + Pergolas and Stairs + Fences, each with its own Enquire Now button anchored to the form. The enquiry form sits high on the page and asks only what LGK needs to qualify a lead: name, phone, email, postcode, the service required, preferred contact method and a message. A hidden honeypot field filters spam bots without making genuine visitors solve puzzles.
The rest of the page builds confidence step by step, with a four-step process, the service area, client testimonials and a project gallery, closing on a Ready to Get Started call to action. I keep it lightweight, monitored and secure so the ad spend turns into enquiries.
Who the LGK Constructions campaign is aimed at
LGK works with homeowners, property owners and commercial clients who are planning anything from a full custom home to a new deck or staircase. Most of the people clicking the ads are early in their decision. They know they need a builder or carpenter, but they have not chosen one yet and they are comparing several tabs at once.
The page speaks directly to that moment. It does not try to tell the whole company story. Instead it answers three questions fast: what LGK builds, why they can be trusted, and how to get a quote.
The testimonials help here. Clients mention clear communication, quality craftsmanship and reliability, and they name Leigh personally, which makes the business feel like a real team rather than a faceless contractor.
Designing the LGK Constructions landing page around one goal
Every element on the page either builds trust or moves the visitor toward the form. There is no main navigation menu to wander off through. Instead, repeated Enquire Now buttons jump straight to the enquiry section, and a Call Us Today button opens the phone dialler on mobile.
The page flows in a deliberate order:
- Headline and proof points: 15+ years, 200+ projects, trusted team
- What We Offer service cards with individual enquiry buttons
- The Enquire Today form
- A four-step process and service area
- Testimonials and project gallery
- A final Ready to Get Started call to action
Social links to Instagram and Facebook are kept small and pushed toward the end, so they support credibility without pulling paid visitors away before they enquire.
Proof that sells: process, testimonials and project gallery
Construction is a high-trust purchase, so the lower half of the landing page is built to remove doubt. The four-step process, Consultation, Planning, Execution and Completion with a final inspection, shows a prospective client exactly what working with LGK looks like.
The project gallery uses real job names, including a pergola, a deck in Hampton, and stairs and fencing in Lilydale. Recognisable Melbourne suburbs tell visitors that LGK has already done this kind of work near them.
Testimonials sit directly beside the gallery, so the words and the workmanship reinforce each other. By the time a visitor reaches the final call to action, they have seen the services, the proof, the process and the people, and the form is waiting right there.
Speed and technical SEO for a paid ads landing page
Google rewards fast, relevant landing pages, and visitors punish slow ones. I kept the Breakdance build lean, with properly sized images and minimal scripts, so the page renders quickly even on mobile data. The headline and service copy are written around the terms LGK's ads target, with Semrush used for keyword research, so the message a visitor clicked on matches what they see.
Technical SEO still matters on a campaign page. Clean heading structure, descriptive metadata and a mobile-friendly layout help the page's landing page experience and make it reusable for organic search as well as paid traffic.
If you want to understand why page speed affects both rankings and ad costs, my guide to Core Web Vitals in 2026 explains the metrics I tune for.
Maintenance and site management for LGK Constructions
As LGK's developer and site manager, I look after everything that happens behind the page. WordPress core, Breakdance and plugins are kept updated, backups run on a schedule, and the site is monitored around the clock for uptime and security. I also test the enquiry form so leads are delivered reliably, because a broken form on a paid landing page is one of the most expensive bugs a business can have.
The results speak to that care: 99.9% uptime, zero security incidents, 24/7 monitoring and every page loading clean.
