The Challenge
A marketing landing page has one measure of success: qualified leads. The Hamilton Interiors landing page exists to turn paid and campaign traffic into enquiries for office soundproofing, partitioning and commercial fit-outs across Melbourne and Victoria, so every element had to earn its place.
The audience is office decision makers, business owners, facility managers and fit-out coordinators, who care about practical outcomes. They need to see the benefits quickly: more privacy and confidentiality, less noise transfer, lower energy use, better focus and improved employee wellbeing.
The enquiry form carried the most weight. It had to capture job location and project scope in enough detail for the team to respond with a site visit, and its validation had to be solid enough that no lead ever slipped through broken. With marketing spend pointed at the page, a single failed submission was money lost.
The Solution
I built the page on WordPress with Breakdance as a single persuasive flow. The hero states the offer in plain terms, sound proof your office or commercial space, notes the Melbourne and Victoria service area, and offers a free soundproofing quote. Directly below, six benefits are stacked as bold, scannable lines.
The lead form sits high on the page, built with Gravity Forms and capturing contact name, email, job location, phone and a project description, with required-field validation and spam protection. Reviews follow immediately to reassure visitors at the moment they are deciding.
Further down, solution blocks cover acoustic insulation, acoustic pinboards and full office fit-outs, followed by proof points, recent project highlights and a six-step process. Quote buttons repeat throughout. I keep the page fast, maintained and secure, so every marketing dollar pointed at it lands on something that converts.
Who the Hamilton Interiors campaign targets
Hamilton is a fourth-generation family business in commercial interiors, with more than 30 years refining office soundproofing solutions and experience installing for leading acoustic brands across Australia and New Zealand. This campaign page focuses on one problem: noisy, distracting workplaces.
The people landing on it are usually responding to an ad or campaign. They might manage an open-plan office where calls carry, a clinic or school that needs confidentiality, or a business planning a fit-out.
They are short on time and comparing options, so the page cannot read like a general company website. It skips the history lesson and goes straight to outcomes, then gives them one clear thing to do: request a free soundproofing quote. Everything that does not help that decision was left off the page.
Benefit-led messaging for office soundproofing and partitioning
Decision makers buy outcomes, not materials, so the Hamilton Interiors landing page leads with benefits:
- Improve acoustics
- Increased privacy and confidentiality
- Reduce noise transfer
- Reduce energy consumption
- Boosted productivity and focus
- Improved employee wellbeing
Only after the benefits does the page explain how Hamilton delivers them. Acoustic insulation reduces noise between rooms and adds thermal insulation that cuts energy use. Custom-cut acoustic pinboards absorb reverberated noise and can be made in any shape and colour. Full office fit-outs cover offices, shops, factories and warehouses.
Each solution block ends with an Enquire Now button, so a visitor who is convinced by one specific solution can act immediately rather than scrolling back up to find the form.
A Gravity Forms lead form built to never drop an enquiry
The form is the most important element on the page, so I built it with Gravity Forms for reliable validation and delivery. It asks for contact name, email, the job location, phone number and a brief description of the project, giving the team enough detail to call back and arrange a site visit.
Required fields are clearly marked and validated before submission, and spam protection keeps junk entries out without adding friction for genuine visitors. The form sits near the top of the page, so motivated visitors can convert without scrolling.
Every Get a Free Soundproofing Quote button leads back to the same form, and the phone number in the header gives an alternative for people who prefer to call. I test the form regularly as part of maintenance, because on a campaign page a broken submission is a lost lead.
Proof points and a six-step process that pre-qualify leads
Trust comes next. A Why Choose Hamilton Interiors section lists the proof points that matter to a business buyer: a fourth-generation family business, trusted installer for leading acoustic brands, quotes delivered within 72 hours and over 30 years of tailored office soundproofing experience. Recent project highlights show acoustic fabric, custom joinery, an acoustic ceiling and a school stairwell.
A proven six-step process then explains exactly what happens after an enquiry: initial contact, quotation, ordering, scheduling, installation and a final check before invoicing.
Setting these expectations does two things. It reassures serious buyers that the process is organised, and it filters out people who are not ready, so the leads that arrive are better qualified. I used the same single-goal landing page approach for LGK Constructions.
Keeping a paid-traffic landing page fast and secure
Campaign traffic is expensive, and slow or unresponsive pages waste it. I kept the Breakdance build lean with optimised images and minimal scripts so the page loads fast and the form responds instantly, the same principles I cover in my guide to Interaction to Next Paint.
Ongoing maintenance covers WordPress, Breakdance and Gravity Forms updates, backups, uptime monitoring and security hardening. The page holds a 99.9% uptime record, zero security incidents, 24/7 site monitoring and 100% of pages loading clean.
