Tasmanian home builders compete in a tight local market where reputation travels by word of mouth and every project is on show. The ARC Building Projects WordPress website had to communicate Arc Building's promise of expertise, integrity and craftsmanship instantly, and win the searches Launceston homeowners make when they start planning a build.

Arc works across new homes, architectural projects, renovations, extensions and shop fitouts. Each attracts a different client, from a family adding space to a business turning an empty shell into a storefront, and the site had to make every service clear without diluting its premium, architectural positioning.

It also had to carry the founder's background on award-winning architectural builds recognised through Master Builders, and show completed work, because in construction the portfolio is the proof.

The Solution

I built the site on WordPress with Breakdance, leading with Home Builders Launceston, Tasmania and the three-word promise, expertise, integrity, craftsmanship, over full-width project imagery. A Contact Us button sits directly beneath it.

The homepage then introduces the business in one clear sentence and presents three service blocks: New Homes, built alongside the architects and designers of the client's choice; Renovations and Extensions, which breathe life into older homes or give families more space; and Shop Fitouts, from plans to finished storefronts. Each links to its own page. The founder's Master Builders background and Arc's approach, honest communication, genuine collaboration and realistic budgets, follow, then a View Projects button leads to the portfolio.
