The Challenge
Abrasive Wear Solutions is a South Australian wear-protection specialist that supplies wear products for mining, earthmoving, agriculture and waste management, and distributes ZANCO Wear Tech products with direct shipping worldwide. The Abrasive Wear Solutions Divi website had to represent a technical, B2B business to buyers who do their homework.
Industrial buyers are not impulse shoppers. Maintenance managers, procurement officers and site engineers compare suppliers carefully, looking for product specifications, materials and evidence that a supplier understands their application. A vague or amateur website suggests a vague or amateur supplier.
The site needed to present technical capability credibly, load fast for people browsing from site offices or remote locations on patchy connections, and stay online without fail, because in the industrial world a dead website reads as a dead business. It also needed simple ways to request information, download brochures and place orders.
The Solution
I built the site on WordPress with the Divi theme, with clear product and capability pages that speak the industry's language. The navigation is straightforward: Home, Quality Products & Services, Mining, Agriculture and Waste Management, Contact Us and Place Your Order.
Product content covers the range buyers come looking for, including impact crusher parts, Bi-Struct shredder hammers, blow bars, crusher hammers, bimetallic plates and blocks, bucket wear packages and shrouds, along with material brands such as UL700+ Chocky bars, Cerasite blow bars, Castbond and Tribond. ZANCO Brochure and ZANCO Bi-Struct Brochure downloads give engineers the detail they need to take back to their team.
Contact Us and Get in Touch calls to action repeat throughout, leading to a contact form that captures the buyer's company name alongside their enquiry. I keep the site patched, backed up and monitored as part of my ongoing maintenance.
About Abrasive Wear Solutions and the industries it supplies
Abrasive Wear Solutions provides engineered, quality-assured wear products that protect equipment from abrasion, wear and impact. As a distributor of ZANCO Wear Tech, the company supplies alloy steel shredder hammers, custom cast solutions and a wide range of wear parts.
Its customers operate in some of the toughest environments in Australia and beyond: mines, quarries, earthmoving fleets, farms and waste management facilities. For them, worn-out parts mean downtime, and downtime means lost production.
The website positions Abrasive Wear Solutions as a dependable partner that understands those stakes. It emphasises customer support, cost-effective solutions and the ability to ship directly worldwide, giving buyers confidence that the company can supply them wherever they operate. The tone is practical and technical, matching how engineers and procurement teams actually talk.
Product pages that speak the language of mining and earthmoving
Industrial buyers search for specific parts, so the site names them clearly. Product content covers:
- Impact crusher parts, blow bars and crusher hammers
- Bi-Struct shredder hammers
- Bimetallic plates and bimetallic blocks
- Bucket wear packages and shrouds
- Material brands including UL700+ Chocky bars, Cerasite blow bars, Castbond and Tribond
A dedicated Mining, Agriculture and Waste Management page explains how these products apply in each sector, helping buyers connect a product to their own equipment and conditions.
Using the exact product and material names that engineers and procurement teams use helps the right people find the site through search, and it reassures them once they arrive that Abrasive Wear Solutions understands their world.
Brochures, orders and enquiry paths for B2B buyers
B2B purchases usually involve more than one person, so the site supports the way industrial buying actually works. Downloadable ZANCO brochures let an engineer gather specifications and share them with colleagues or management before a decision is made.
A Place Your Order page gives repeat customers a direct route to order, while the Contact Us form handles new enquiries. The form asks for name, email, company name, phone and message, and includes a CAPTCHA to keep spam out of the inbox.
Two direct phone lines, both click-to-call on mobile, give buyers on site a quick way to speak to someone. Links to the company's LinkedIn and Facebook pages and a Google Maps location round out the contact options, so every type of buyer has a comfortable way to get in touch.
A lightweight Abrasive Wear Solutions Divi website for patchy site-office connections
Many of the site's visitors browse from remote mine sites, quarries and workshops, where internet connections can be slow or unreliable. That made performance a priority. I kept the Divi build as lean as possible, with optimised images and minimal unnecessary scripts, so key pages remain usable on a weak connection.
Technical SEO supports discoverability: clear headings, descriptive metadata and product names that match real search terms. Writing product information clearly and factually also helps the site appear when buyers use AI search tools to research suppliers.
Page speed affects both user experience and rankings, and my guide to Core Web Vitals in 2026 explains the metrics I tune for on sites like this.
Maintenance and monitoring for an industrial supplier
I built this site and I still maintain it. Ongoing care includes WordPress core, Divi theme and plugin updates, regular backups, security hardening and 24/7 uptime monitoring, so the site stays available for buyers in any time zone.
The results row for this project records 99.9% uptime, 24/7 monitoring and every page loading clean. For an industrial supplier, that reliability is part of the brand: a quiet, dependable workhorse, just like the products it sells.
