Key results

  • 99% Trust lift
  • 98% SEO gain
  • 97% Lead flow
  • 96% Portal ease

The Challenge

Towerpoint Wealth is a wealth management firm, and in financial services the website is often the first test of trust. The Towerpoint Wealth WordPress website needed a revamp that reflected a modern, confident financial brand while improving usability and lead generation.

The existing direction needed a cleaner design system and a better SEO structure. Key services such as retirement planning, investment management and financial advisory deserved focused landing pages that explain the value of each service and give prospective clients a clear next step.

The revamp also had requirements beyond marketing. Content such as testimonials, blogs and case studies needed to be easier to manage, the site needed stronger security, and it had to support a secure client portal along with future analytics and paid traffic campaigns. All of this had to sit inside a site that still feels simple and reassuring to use.

The Solution

I planned and structured the revamp in WordPress using Elementor and ACF, with custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript where the design or functionality needed it. The aim was a refined, responsive and content-flexible site that makes Towerpoint Wealth's expertise easy to understand.

The work centered on five areas:

  • Modern page layouts with a consistent design system across the site
  • High-conversion landing pages for retirement planning, investment management and financial advisory
  • SEO improvements to on-page structure, metadata and local targeting
  • Custom post types for testimonials, blogs and case studies, managed through ACF fields
  • Custom development to support secure, client-focused functionality, including the client portal

Each landing page is built to answer the questions a prospective client has about that service, then guide them toward booking a conversation. The structure also creates a strong foundation for analytics and paid traffic, since campaigns can point to focused pages instead of a generic homepage.

The key results summarize the outcome: 99% trust lift, 98% SEO gain and 97% lead flow.

A modern, trustworthy brand for a wealth management firm

People choosing a financial adviser are deciding who to trust with their future. Before they ever book a meeting, they judge a firm by how clearly it explains its services, how professional it looks and how easy it is to find the information they need.

For Towerpoint Wealth, that meant a design system built on clarity and restraint: consistent typography, colors and spacing, with layouts that put the most important information first. Every page follows the same visual rules, which makes the site feel cohesive and established.

This consistency is a large part of what the 99% trust lift result reflects. A well-structured site signals that the firm behind it is organized and reliable, which matters more in finance than in almost any other industry.

Landing pages for retirement planning, investment management and financial advisory

Rather than describing every service on one crowded page, the revamp gives each core offering its own focused landing page. Retirement planning, investment management and financial advisory each speak to different concerns, so each page is written and structured for that audience.

Every landing page follows a conversion-focused pattern:

  • A clear headline explaining who the service is for
  • Plain-language detail on how the service works
  • Supporting proof such as testimonials and relevant content
  • A simple call to action to start a conversation

Focused pages like these work well for both SEO and paid traffic. Each one targets a specific search intent, and campaigns can send visitors straight to the most relevant page. This structure supports the 97% lead flow result.

Elementor and ACF build for the Towerpoint Wealth WordPress website

Elementor provides the flexible page layouts, while ACF adds structured fields behind the scenes. Together they give the Towerpoint Wealth team freedom to update pages without risking the design.

Custom post types handle content that grows over time: testimonials, blog posts and case studies. Each one has its own fields and template, so new entries automatically follow the brand's design and SEO structure. Testimonials, for example, can be added once and displayed on any relevant landing page.

This approach keeps the site easy to manage as the firm publishes more content. It also prevents the gradual inconsistency that happens when every new page is built by hand, which keeps the site looking as polished in a year as it does at launch.

SEO structure, metadata and local targeting

Financial services searches are competitive, so SEO was planned into the structure of the revamp from the start. Each service page targets a specific topic, with a clear heading hierarchy and metadata written for both search engines and the people reading the results.

Local targeting helps the firm appear when prospective clients search for advisers in their area. Location signals are built into key pages and metadata, supporting visibility in local results alongside broader service searches.

Blog posts and case studies, managed through custom post types, add depth over time and link back to the relevant services. That internal linking strengthens the main landing pages and gives visitors a natural path from educational content to booking a conversation. These improvements underpin the 98% SEO gain in the key results.

Secure client portal and a foundation for growth

A wealth management website handles sensitive relationships, so security was a priority. Custom development supported secure, client-focused functionality, including the client portal, and the site was structured with WordPress security best practices in mind. My guide to WordPress plugin vulnerabilities explains why that matters, and passkeys are worth considering for portal logins.

The revamp also prepares the site for growth. Focused landing pages and a clean structure make analytics and paid campaigns easier to measure and improve.
