## The challenge

Repairing a prestige car and repairing a truck are opposite jobs with opposite customers, and Street Elite Bodyworks in Truganina does both. The Street Elite Bodyworks WordPress website had to speak to a fleet manager with a damaged rigid truck and a luxury car owner after a scrape, on the same homepage, without either feeling like an afterthought.

The business also offers full mechanical servicing, from logbook services and brakes to suspension and air conditioning re-gas, so the site had three distinct jobs: accident repairs, truck smash repairs and car servicing. Each needed its own route, and the promise of premium OEM parts and paint, backed by more than 20 years of experience, had to lead.

Accident customers also need practical answers fast: whether they are at fault, whether they can choose their own repairer and how to get an estimate.

## The solution

I built the site on WordPress with Breakdance and set it up around dual specialist positioning. The homepage headline, Accident Repairs, Truck Repairs and Servicing, is followed by three clear panels, one for each line of work, each with its own button and contact path. The tagline, We take care of everything. Truck and Prestige Specialists, frames both audiences in a single line.

Behind the panels sit dedicated pages: Truck Smash Repairs, Smash Repairs and Estimate, Not At Fault, Choice of Repairer, Spray Painting, Cut and Polish and Fleet Management on the repair side, and Logbook Servicing, Brakes, Tyres, Minor and Major Service, Suspension and Air Conditioning on the servicing side. A Book Now button stays in the header, and Google reviews sit near the bottom of the page as proof.

As developer and site manager I keep it maintained, secure and presentable, with 24/7 monitoring and zero security incidents.

## Separate paths for truck smash repairs and prestige car repairs in Truganina

The biggest structural decision on the Street Elite Bodyworks WordPress website was to treat trucks and cars as different customers. The Truck Smash Repairs panel explains something a fleet manager actually needs to know: not every panel shop has the space or equipment for heavy vehicles, and Street Elite's facility handles light commercial vehicles through to heavy rigid trucks, with the gear to accommodate larger frames.

The accident repairs panel speaks to private owners instead, covering panel beating, premium OEM parts and paint, and restoring a car to its pre-accident condition. A dedicated Fleet Management page gives commercial operators somewhere specific to land from search, while prestige owners can head straight to Spray Painting or Cut and Polish. Each audience sees its own language within a single scroll.

## Insurance and estimate pages that answer accident questions

After a crash, most people's first questions are about insurance, not paint. The repair menu reflects that with pages for Smash Repairs and Estimate, Not At Fault and Choice of Repairer. These topics match what drivers type into Google in the hours after an accident, and they let Street Elite explain the process in plain language before the customer even calls.

Each page links back to booking and contact, so reading about a not-at-fault claim flows straight into an estimate request. The homepage reinforces the same message with four simple trust points: expert repairs, quick turnaround, clear communication and quality assurance. Taking the stress and confusion out of accidents is the business's own stated aim, and the site structure is built to do exactly that.

## Mechanical servicing pages for Street Elite customers

Street Elite is also a full mechanical workshop, which is an advantage worth showing. The servicing section lists six services with short, specific descriptions: smash repairs, logbook servicing to manufacturer standards so warranties are protected, brakes from pads to rotors, minor and major services, suspension from shocks to control arms, and air conditioning repairs and re-gas.

Each card links to its own page, which gives the workshop a chance to rank for searches like logbook service Truganina rather than relying on the business name alone. It also keeps repair customers coming back for routine servicing once their car is fixed. I built the cards as one consistent Breakdance pattern, so new services can be added later without redesigning the section.

## Lightweight build and local SEO for a western Melbourne workshop

Many visitors arrive on a phone, sometimes standing next to a damaged vehicle, so the build is kept lightweight. The header phone number is tappable, images are sized for their containers and layouts collapse cleanly into a single column. Page titles and descriptions target what people search, for example Smash Repairs, Accident Repairs, Truck Repairs and Servicing, with Truganina named in the description.

Service pages are the backbone of the local SEO. Each one has a clear heading, a focused description and a direct path to booking, which is the approach I describe in my [local SEO playbook for mechanics and tradies](https://amvprosox.com/blog/local-seo-mechanics-tradies-australia). Google reviews from real customers sit on the homepage too, supporting both trust and local relevance for the Truganina workshop.

## Ongoing site management for Street Elite Bodyworks

As site manager, I look after the site long after launch. That means scheduled WordPress, Breakdance and plugin updates, backups, security hardening and 24/7 uptime monitoring. The results so far are a 99.9% uptime record, zero security incidents and every page loading clean. When the business adds a service, refreshes its gallery or posts in its News section, I make sure the change ships without breaking layouts on mobile.

That consistency matters for a panel shop, because a broken booking form costs real jobs. The same approach runs on other collision repair sites I look after, such as [Street Image in Bayswater](https://amvprosox.com/case-studies/street-image).
