Case study by [Eoin Villarin](https://amvprosox.com/about). Wordpress, 2023, Role: FUll Stack Developer. Canonical: https://amvprosox.com/case-studies/sourcefit-[1]

Maintained and expanded the Sourcefit website ecosystem using WordPress, Elementor, and Salesforce, with a focus on performance, localized content, and reliable lead capture.

## Key results

- **35%** Increase in lead submissions
- **42%** Faster page load improvement
- **18** Location-specific sub-sites managed
- **99.9%** Website uptime maintained

## The challenge

Sourcefit needed reliable, ongoing Sourcefit WordPress website maintenance for a site at the center of a growing web ecosystem. Alongside keeping the core website fast and stable, the business wanted a scalable way to launch location-specific sub-sites without creating inconsistency across the brand.

Each new location brought its own audience and content needs, and the risk was clear: as sub-sites multiplied, design, messaging and performance could drift apart. Localized pages needed to improve the user experience and strengthen local SEO, while still feeling like part of one cohesive brand.

Lead capture added another layer. Forms across the main site and every sub-site needed to send data into Salesforce, so leads arrived structured and reliable. All of this had to run smoothly on Microsoft Azure hosting, with the site staying available and easy to manage as it grew.

## The solution

I maintained and expanded the Sourcefit website ecosystem using WordPress and Elementor, with a focus on performance, flexibility and efficient content management. The main website was continuously updated to keep it stable, with PHP customizations where the platform needed more than standard functionality.

For growth, I developed dedicated location-specific sub-sites with content and layouts tailored to local audiences. Built from consistent Elementor patterns, each sub-site feels local while staying true to the core brand. In total, I managed 18 location-specific sub-sites.

Every form field was integrated with Salesforce to streamline lead capture and improve data flow, so inquiries from any location arrive in a consistent structure. The overall setup was optimized for search visibility, faster pages and easier updates. The numbers reflect that work: a 35% increase in lead submissions, a 42% page load improvement and 99.9% website uptime maintained.

## Ongoing WordPress maintenance for the Sourcefit main website

Sourcefit WordPress website maintenance starts with the core site. As the hub of the ecosystem, it needed to stay fast, stable and up to date while content changed regularly.

My ongoing work covered:

- WordPress core, theme and plugin updates
- Content updates and page changes in Elementor
- PHP customizations for features beyond standard functionality
- Performance tuning to keep pages fast
- Monitoring stability so issues are caught early

This steady maintenance kept the site reliable, contributing to the 99.9% uptime maintained. It also reduces the risk that comes with outdated plugins, a growing problem I cover in my post on [WordPress security and plugin vulnerabilities](https://amvprosox.com/blog/wordpress-security-plugin-vulnerabilities-2026).

## Location-specific Elementor sub-sites with local SEO

The biggest expansion project was building location-specific sub-sites. Each one needed content and layouts tailored to a local audience, but they all had to feel unmistakably like Sourcefit.

### Consistency at scale

I built the sub-sites from a consistent set of Elementor layouts and styles, then adapted the content for each location. That approach kept the brand aligned while letting every page speak directly to its audience. It also made launching new locations faster, because the structure was already proven.

Localized content strengthened local SEO, giving each location focused pages that search engines can match to regional searches. With 18 location-specific sub-sites managed, this repeatable system was essential for keeping quality high as the network grew.

## Salesforce form integration for reliable lead capture

Lead capture is central to the value of the website ecosystem. I integrated every form field with Salesforce across the main site and each sub-site, so inquiries flow into the CRM in a consistent, structured format.

This closes the gaps that appear when forms on different pages send data in different ways. Each submission arrives in the same structure, whichever location page it came from, and the data stays clean as more sub-sites are added.

Combined with clearer localized pages, this reliable lead flow contributed to a 35% increase in lead submissions. For a multi-location brand, a dependable connection between the website and the CRM is one of the most valuable pieces of the whole setup.

## Performance and Azure hosting for a fast, stable site

The website ecosystem runs on Microsoft Azure, and keeping it fast and stable across a growing number of sub-sites required ongoing attention. I worked on performance throughout, tidying page builds, optimizing assets and keeping the Elementor setup lean so pages load quickly.

That work delivered a 42% page load improvement, which helps users and supports search visibility at the same time. Faster pages also make it easier for visitors to reach and complete a form, supporting the lead capture work.

Stability on the hosting side, combined with careful updates and monitoring, kept the site available for users in every location, with 99.9% uptime maintained throughout the engagement.

## WordPress maintenance support for multi-location businesses

Sourcefit shows what consistent, well-planned WordPress maintenance can do: a faster site, more leads and a scalable way to grow into new locations without losing brand consistency.

If your business runs a WordPress site with multiple locations, CRM integrations or a growing set of pages that need regular care, I can help. I offer ongoing maintenance, performance work, integrations and new builds, and I work with clients in Australia, the US and worldwide.
