# Revana Homes

Case study by [Eoin Villarin](https://amvprosox.com/about). WordPress · Remodeling, 2026, Role: Web Developer. Canonical: https://amvprosox.com/case-studies/revana-homes

Revana Homes is a Greater Sacramento remodeling contractor handling kitchen and bathroom remodels, full home renovations, ADU construction and fire and water restoration. My WordPress and Elementor build gives it five service pages, ten kitchen remodeling city pages and a free estimate form on every page.

## Key results

- **5** Service pages
- **10** Kitchen city pages
- **125+** Completed projects listed
- **10+** Years of experience

## The challenge

Revana Homes is a remodeling and construction company serving Sacramento, Folsom, Roseville, El Dorado Hills, Lincoln and the surrounding communities. Its work ranges from a single kitchen or bathroom to a full home renovation or a new accessory dwelling unit, and it also restores homes after fire and water damage.

Homeowners planning a remodel tend to worry less about the work itself than about what surrounds it: contractors who stop answering, timelines that slip and budgets that keep growing. Before they call anyone, they want to see finished spaces, understand roughly what a project costs and get a sense of whether a company communicates clearly. Revana's message answers those worries directly.

The website needed to present five quite different services without feeling scattered, show real project photos, and give homeowners in each nearby city a reason to believe Revana works in their area. Above all it had to make requesting a free, no-obligation estimate simple, whether the visitor knew exactly what they wanted or was still deciding.

## The solution

I paired WordPress and Elementor, extended with PRO Elements, with the Hello Elementor theme, a minimal base that leaves the layout work to the builder. The navigation is short, with Home, About Us, Services, Service Areas, Gallery, FAQs, Blog and Contact, and the phone number is shown at the top of each page.

The homepage presents the company in a single line, shows all five services as cards, lists four reasons homeowners choose Revana, then moves through the company story, client testimonials, recent project photos and the main service areas. Every page ends with the same estimate section, so a visitor never has to look for the next step.

Each service has a dedicated page with a photo gallery, a plain-language overview, counters for completed projects, years of experience and cities served, and a grid of six specific services. For local search I added ten kitchen remodeling city pages with detailed scope, cost and permit information. Rank Math manages the SEO metadata and schema markup, and LiteSpeed Cache serves pages from cache.

## Revana Homes: kitchen, bath and whole home remodeling in Greater Sacramento

Revana Homes believes a home should reflect the lifestyle, comfort and vision of the people living in it, and the site opens with that idea: refine your space with Revana Homes, servicing Sacramento and nearby areas. The tone is calm and practical rather than sales-heavy, which suits homeowners who are cautious about starting a renovation.

The About page explains how the team works with clients from concept to completion, with an approach built on clear communication, honest pricing and reliable execution. Four values repeat across the site so they become familiar: skilled craftsmanship, reliable project timelines, quality you can trust and custom design solutions. Counters on the service pages add scale, showing more than 125 completed remodeling projects, more than ten years of experience and the number of cities the company serves.

## Kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling and ADU construction pages

Each of the five services, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, full home remodeling, ADU construction and fire and water restoration, gets a dedicated page that follows one shared template. A short hero with a Get Free Estimate button leads into a gallery of real project photos, followed by an overview written for homeowners rather than contractors.

The heart of each page is a grid of six specific offerings. On the kitchen page those are:

- Custom cabinet installation
- Countertop upgrades
- Kitchen layout improvements
- Lighting and fixture enhancements
- Flooring and finish work
- Complete kitchen renovations

The ADU page follows the same pattern with custom ADU design, guest houses, rental units, in-law suites, modern interior finishes and full project management from planning and permits to completion. Keeping the structure identical lets homeowners compare services quickly.

## Free estimates, project photos and FAQs on the Revana Homes website

The estimate form is the main conversion point, so I placed it at the end of every page and gave it its own Request Estimate page. It asks for name, phone and email, then a project type from kitchen, bathroom, full home or ADU through to multiple services or not sure, plus the project address or city, how the homeowner heard about Revana and any extra details. The not sure option matters, because many people are still deciding when they reach out.

### Proof before the first call

The Gallery page presents a project showcase with lightbox viewing, and the homepage shows the latest projects next to testimonials from kitchen, bathroom, full home and ADU clients. An FAQ page answers the questions that usually come first: which services are offered, which areas are covered, whether estimates are free, how long a remodel takes, what it costs and whether Revana helps with design and planning.

## Local SEO for kitchen remodeling in Folsom, Roseville and Sacramento

The Service Areas page and homepage highlight Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Roseville, Sacramento and Lincoln. To reach homeowners searching city by city, I built kitchen remodeling pages for ten communities: Carmichael, Citrus Heights, El Dorado Hills, Elk Grove, Folsom, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Rancho Cordova, Roseville and Sacramento, all linked from the homepage.

These pages go well beyond a swapped city name. The Folsom page explains what is included in a Revana kitchen remodel, from full project management and custom cabinetry to countertops in quartz, granite, quartzite or laminate, plumbing and electrical coordination, backsplash tile and permit handling. It covers cabinet refacing, open-concept conversions and flooring and lighting upgrades, and includes a cost table by scope. Each city page has its own estimate form near the top, with Rank Math keeping each page's title and description distinct.

## Content management and speed for the Revana Homes site

Elementor galleries on each service page and the Gallery page make it simple for Revana to add new project photos without changing the layout. Shared sections, such as the four values and the estimate form, follow the same design on every page, so the site stays consistent as it grows. The blog gives the team a place to publish remodeling guides that support the service and city pages.

Speed is handled at several levels. Hello Elementor keeps the theme layer minimal, LiteSpeed Cache serves cached pages, Google Fonts load with font-display swap so headings render immediately. The layouts are fully responsive, which matters because many homeowners browse project photos on a phone.
