Melbourne landscape design and construction, paving, stonework, decks, pergolas, concreting. "Where luxury meets the landscape" needed a website to match, so I built one in WordPress with Breakdance and keep it immaculate.

## Key results

- **99.9%** Uptime record
- **0** Security incidents
- **24/7** Site monitoring
- **100%** Pages loading clean

## The challenge

Luxe Landscapes sells premium outdoor transformations, and its buyers judge on presentation long before price. The Luxe Landscapes WordPress website had to feel as polished as a finished courtyard, carrying the brand line where luxury meets the landscape.

The business covers several distinct service lines, design and construction, paving and stonework, decks and pergolas, and concreting and excavation, and each needed its own stage. Homeowners planning a pool surround have different questions from someone pricing a new deck or a full backyard rebuild.

Most importantly, the site had to turn outdoor daydreamers into design consultations. Plenty of people browse landscaping inspiration with no plan to act. The challenge was to showcase completed projects with a high-end feel, then qualify and capture serious enquiries without putting off people still early in their thinking.

## The solution

I built the site on WordPress with Breakdance, letting large project imagery and completed-project counters do the persuading. The hero opens with transforming spaces, elevating experiences and two clear actions: get in touch, or download the booklet.

Each service gets its own page and its own homepage tile with a short promise: your vision built beautifully, stonework that lasts, stylish outdoor living and built to last. A portfolio of project pages named by suburb shows real work, and a four-step process explains how a project moves from consultation to completion.

A detailed quote form asks for service type, budget, location, timing and photos, which helps the team prioritise genuine projects. Testimonials and a service area section build local trust. The site remains under my full-time care, updated, secured and backed up, so it always looks as presentable as the work it shows.

## Luxe Landscapes and Melbourne homeowners investing in outdoor living

Luxe Landscapes designs and builds bespoke outdoor spaces across Melbourne, from South Melbourne and East Melbourne to the southern suburbs. Their philosophy is that a garden should be as stunning and functional as the interior of a home, combining beauty, durability and practicality.

Their clients are homeowners willing to invest in entertaining areas, garden retreats, paved pool surrounds and complete backyard transformations. They expect high-end materials, expert craftsmanship and a team that listens to their ideas.

The website needed to speak to that audience with confidence. The tone is aspirational but grounded, the imagery is large and immersive, and the copy keeps returning to what premium clients care about: tailored design, quality at every stage and a team that does not consider the job done until every detail is perfect.

## A dedicated page for every landscaping service

The Luxe Landscapes WordPress website gives each service line its own page under a Landscape Services menu:

- Design and construction: your vision, built beautifully
- Paving and stonework: stonework that lasts, including paving around pools
- Decks and pergolas: stylish outdoor living
- Concreting and excavation: built to last

On the homepage, each service appears as an image-led tile with a single Explore link, so visitors can move straight to what interests them. Separate pages also give Google focused content for each search, such as paving in Melbourne or decks and pergolas, rather than one long page trying to rank for everything. A dedicated section on paving around pools targets one of the most common premium requests.

## Project portfolio pages from Bentleigh East to Kew

Premium buyers want proof, so completed work sits at the heart of the site. A Discover Our Portfolio section on the homepage features projects named by suburb, including Bentleigh East, Elsternwick, Ormond, Boronia and Kew, each with its own project page.

Naming projects by location does two jobs. It lets homeowners see work near them, which builds confidence, and it gives search engines suburb-level signals that support local rankings across Melbourne.

Counters for completed projects, team, years in business and satisfied customers add quick credibility, while a past and current clients strip reinforces it. Testimonials describe professional, efficient crews and results that exceeded expectations, covering driveways, patios, excavation and paving. Together they let the work persuade, rather than relying on promises.

## A qualifying quote form and downloadable booklet

Not every visitor is ready to book a consultation, so the site offers two levels of commitment. A Download Booklet option appears in the hero and again lower on the page, giving early-stage browsers something valuable to take away.

For people ready to talk, the quote form asks for the type of service, budget, job location and preferred start time, from ASAP to three weeks or more. Visitors can upload an image of their space and add extra details, and a hidden spam trap keeps junk out.

These questions help Luxe prioritise serious projects and arrive at the first call already understanding the scope. The four-step process, consultation, design approval, execution and completion, sets expectations so a new client knows exactly what happens after they hit submit.

## Performance, SEO and full-time care for Luxe Landscapes

Image-rich sites can be slow, so I optimised the photography and kept the Breakdance build lean to protect load times on mobile. The performance thinking is the same as in my [Core Web Vitals guide](https://amvprosox.com/blog/core-web-vitals-perfect-score-2025). Service pages, suburb project pages and clear headings give the site solid foundations for Melbourne landscaping searches.

The site is under my full-time care: updates, backups, monitoring and security hardening. It holds a 99.9% uptime record, zero security incidents, 24/7 site monitoring and 100% of pages loading clean. I took a similar premium approach for [Lignum Design & Construction](https://amvprosox.com/case-studies/lignum-dc).
