## The challenge

EAI Security has protected homes and businesses since 1977 and, after a recent rebrand, presents itself as Brisbane's premier choice for security system installation, protection and smart home integration. Security buyers check credentials before anything else, so the EAI Security WordPress website had to lead with proof: almost five decades in business, licensed and insured technicians and ASIAL certification.

These buyers are also cautious comparers who often look at several providers before committing. The site had to explain CCTV, alarm, intercom and monitoring options clearly for both homes and businesses, show what a package actually includes, address upgrades for existing customers and convert safety-conscious visitors into quote requests, often when they have just had a break-in and want help this week.

## The solution

I built the site on WordPress with Breakdance as a single, long-form page that walks a visitor from trust to quote in one scroll. The hero, "24/7 Security for Your Home and Business", stacks the credentials immediately: excellence since 1977, installation within 7 days, commercial-grade equipment, no hidden costs, licensed, insured and ASIAL-certified technicians, and ongoing support, upgrades and monitoring options.

A quote form sits directly below the hero, and further down, package cards spell out exactly what each system includes, from Dahua CCTV to a Bosch alarm panel and video intercom. Sections on the DMSS mobile app, 24/7 monitoring, the team, clients and partners, Google reviews and a detailed FAQ answer the remaining objections before a second contact form closes the page.

I keep the site as hardened as the systems EAI installs: monitored, patched and breach-free.

## EAI Security: Brisbane security installers since 1977

EAI Security is a Brisbane-based, locally operated security company. Its homepage numbers set the scene, trusted security since 1977 and 10K+ successful projects, and its services cover CCTV and visual monitoring, intrusion detection and alarm systems, full home and business security integration, smart intercom systems and structured data cabling.

The business recently rebranded to reflect a modern, smart-security focus while keeping almost five decades of hands-on experience. The site had to carry both halves of that identity. Long-standing credentials reassure buyers that EAI will still be around to support their system years from now, while the product language and app features show a company fluent in current technology. The FAQ's opening answer to "Who is EAI Security?" sums this up in a few sentences that work for a homeowner and a business owner alike.

## A single-page layout that stacks credentials before the quote

For a focused local service business, one strong page can outperform a sprawling site, and EAI's homepage is built that way. The order is deliberate:

- Hero with credentials, then an immediate quote form
- Trust numbers: since 1977 and 10K+ projects
- Services overview for home and business
- System packages with full component lists
- App control, monitoring and the case for acting now
- Clients and partners, the commercial package and Google reviews
- The team, a second contact form and the FAQ

The forms ask which service the visitor needs, from CCTV and alarm kits to the Complete Home Kit, intercom, extended wifi and data cabling. The closing form also asks when the job needs doing, with an option for "ASAP, It's an Emergency!", so the team can prioritise someone who has just had a break-in from the moment the enquiry arrives.

## Package cards for CCTV, alarm, intercom and the Complete Home Kit

Security pricing is often vague, which makes buyers nervous. EAI's package section answers that with specifics. The CCTV System includes four 6MP Dahua turret cameras, a 4TB hard drive, an 8-channel Dahua NVR and a 24 inch CCTV monitor. The Alarm System includes a Bosch 6000 control panel, three PIR motion sensors and internal and external sirens with mobile app access. The Video Intercom System includes internal and external stations, mobile app access, a video screen and an optional gate release.

The Complete Home Kit, marked as best value, combines CCTV and alarm into one system, and a Commercial Security Package upgrades the same approach with commercial-grade equipment for larger spaces. Notes about app subscriptions are included on the cards, so there are no surprises later, in keeping with the no hidden costs promise.

## FAQs and AI search visibility for Brisbane security searches

The FAQ was written to answer the questions buyers ask most, in enough detail to be genuinely useful: who EAI Security is, how quickly a system can be installed, whether cameras can be viewed from a phone, whether systems have battery backup, whether they suit homes that are not high risk, whether they are professionally monitored and what a system typically costs. The installation answer, for example, explains that most residential installs are completed within three to five business days of a free on-site quote.

Direct, factual answers like these help the site appear for Brisbane and South East Queensland security searches, and they are the kind of content AI search tools quote when someone asks a question. My guide to [generative engine optimisation](https://amvprosox.com/blog/generative-engine-optimization-guide) explains why this approach matters for local service businesses. Semrush helps me monitor the terms that count.

## Hardened maintenance for the EAI Security WordPress website

A security company's own website is a target, and a hacked site would undermine everything EAI sells. I maintain it accordingly: WordPress, Breakdance and plugin updates applied and tested, security hardening, honeypot spam protection on its forms, regular backups and 24/7 monitoring. The site has held a 99.9% uptime record with zero security incidents and every page loading clean.
