# America's Dream HomeWorks

Case study by [Eoin Villarin](https://amvprosox.com/about). WordPress · Remodeling, 2026, Role: Web Developer. Canonical: https://amvprosox.com/case-studies/dream-homeworks

America's Dream HomeWorks is a family-owned remodeling company founded in Sacramento in 2001, with its own cabinetry line, stone fabrication and showrooms in Roseville and Post Falls, Idaho. I built the site on WordPress and Elementor with service, product, offer and city pages.

## Key results

- **2001** Year founded
- **200+** City pages
- **3** States served
- **24-month** Labor warranty

## The challenge

America's Dream HomeWorks has been remodeling homes since 2001, starting in Sacramento and growing into Northern California, Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. The family-owned company keeps the work in-house, from estimating and design to installation, and it manufactures its own DreamLine Custom Cabinetry and fabricates countertops in its own shop.

The range is wide: kitchen and bathroom remodels, cabinet refacing, countertops in Cambria, Silestone, Dekton, quartz and natural stone, flooring, custom closets and storage, siding, windows, doors, ADUs and room additions. Customers range from a homeowner swapping a tub for a walk-in shower to a family planning a full kitchen with custom cabinets and PITT cooking burners.

The website had to hold all of that without overwhelming visitors, bring people into a 20,000 square foot showroom, present offers and financing clearly, and rank in more than 200 communities across three states, from Folsom and Walnut Creek to Spokane and Coeur d'Alene.

## The solution

I built the site on WordPress with Elementor Pro and the Kitchor theme, using a child theme for custom changes. The main menu groups the catalogue into Remodeling, Cabinetry, Countertops, Flooring, Closets, Showroom and About, with brand pages for DreamLine, Dekton, Cambria, Silestone, RIVA Spain and Cortona Maxx, and links to kitchen and bathroom visualizer tools.

The homepage opens with a Slider Revolution hero, then short introductions to kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, countertops, refacing, flooring, closets and exteriors. Counters, three reasons to choose the company, a project showcase and detailed service blocks follow, with appointment and free estimate buttons repeated through the page and call tracking on the phone numbers.

Lead forms run on Contact Form 7 with conditional fields, asking for the project type, ZIP code and preferred contact method. Separate pages cover offers, 0% financing on approved credit, warranties, EPA lead-safe practices, virtual showroom tours and catalogs, and more than 200 city pages list the ZIP codes served and link to each local service.

## America's Dream HomeWorks: Sacramento home remodeling since 2001

America's Dream HomeWorks is a family-owned remodeling company founded in Sacramento in 2001. It has since grown to serve Northern California, Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho, with locations listed in Roseville, Sacramento, Walnut Creek and Concord, and Post Falls, and contractor registrations in California, Idaho and Washington.

What sets it apart is how much it keeps in-house. The company designs and installs its own projects, manufactures DreamLine Custom Cabinetry, runs its own stone fabrication shop and sources appliances through its family appliance company, DreamHome Appliance Group, in Roseville. The About page introduces the team behind that work, from the president and operations manager to the cabinet shop manager, fabrication shop manager and permit coordinator, which gives homeowners real names before they visit.

## Kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry and countertops organized by product line

With this many services, the menu is the most important design decision on the site. It groups everything into clear product lines:

- Remodeling: kitchens, bathrooms, exteriors, ADUs and room additions
- Cabinetry: DreamLine custom cabinets, DreamLine Lioher and cabinet refacing
- Countertops: Dekton, Cambria, Silestone, granite, natural stone, quartz and PITT cooking
- Flooring: RIVA Spain, Cortona Maxx, hardwood, laminate, tile and vinyl plank
- Closets: custom closets, entertainment centers, garage storage, Murphy beds and home offices

Bathroom services alone include conversions, bathtub and shower replacement, one-day remodels, walk-in showers, walk-in tubs and wall surrounds, each with its own page. Kitchen and bathroom visualizer tools and virtual showroom tours let visitors explore designs before they book an appointment.

## Showrooms, warranties and financing behind every estimate

The Roseville showroom covers more than 20,000 square feet and holds over 32 full-sized Cambria quartz slabs, and a second showroom in Post Falls serves Idaho and the Spokane area. Both showroom pages pair the location and hours with an appointment form, because a visit is often where a remodel is decided.

The warranty page explains the Limited Lifetime Warranty on DreamLine cabinetry and the 24-month labor warranty on remodeling work, and the financing page covers up to 18 months at 0% on approved credit. The homepage adds A+ BBB accreditation and awards from Houzz, HomeAdvisor and Angie's List, and an Offers section gathers current promotions in one place. Lead forms ask for the project type, ZIP code and preferred contact method, and phone calls are tracked by source.

## City pages across Sacramento, the Bay Area, Spokane and Northern Idaho

Local search is where a large service area becomes an advantage. The site has more than 200 city pages: over 120 in California, from Folsom, El Dorado Hills and Elk Grove to Berkeley, Danville and Walnut Creek, plus Washington communities in and around Spokane and Idaho communities from Coeur d'Alene, Hayden and Sandpoint to Boise, Eagle and Meridian.

Each city page lists the ZIP codes served and short blocks for every relevant service, from cabinet refacing and bathroom remodeling to Dekton countertops, RIVA Spain flooring and PITT cooking burners, each linking to the main service page. Project pages named by place, such as kitchen remodels in Folsom, Roseville and El Macero, back up the city pages with finished work.

## Keeping a large remodeling website fast and manageable

A site of this size needs steady performance work. LiteSpeed Cache handles caching and asset optimization and Cloudflare sits in front of the site, which keeps image-heavy galleries, sliders and showroom pages usable on mobile connections.

The Kitchor theme with a child theme and Elementor Pro gives the team reusable layouts, so a new offer, project or city page can be added without fresh design work. Popup Maker handles offer popups, a flipbook plugin presents the product catalogs, Complianz manages consent and an accessibility widget lets visitors adjust how pages display. Remodelers with a broad catalog and a wide service area can [get in touch](https://amvprosox.com/#contact-form) or [see more case studies](https://amvprosox.com/case-studies).
